Luxury Clothing Retailer

BlackOak teamed up with an agency client to create a captivating installation for a luxury clothing retailer’s collection, seamlessly blending physical and digital assets within their installation. This project aimed to transform their Chicago store into an immersive sensory experience, bringing the natural world into the retail environment.

The focus of this project was to convert a conventional retail space into an artistic expression of nature, which we achieved by incorporating deconstructed LED Walls, exposed wires and atmospheric special effects throughout the evening. Custom industrial fans were used to emulate the sensations of natural elements, creating an engaging and dynamic atmosphere for visitors.

For this project, BlackOak provided creative insight for the physical installations and onsite production support. Notable installations included projection-mapped box structures and sound installation fans. Each element was designed to contribute to the overall sensory experience, making visitors feel as though they were stepping into a piece of nature within the urban setting of the store.

This collaboration showcased BlackOak’s commitment to innovation and precision. The installations enhanced the store’s aesthetic appeal and provided an interactive experience that resonated with their audience. Visitors’ responses to the installations underscored the project’s success, with many appreciating the innovative combination of technology and nature.
