Great place to go if u are just passing through or staying a few days. We had a hot water issue in out first room but the staff was so nice and upgraded our room. They have dishes in the room and the kitchenette is nice and functional. The bed was so plush. Will return and recommend. Oh yea the gym there is also nice. And they have decent breakfast options!

June 12-15, 2021 – Our room was clean and roomy but you could hear your neighbors (thin walls and ceilings). The front desk staff was friendly. The simple grab-and-go (due to covid) breakfast was good. But… the dishes and silverware on our room were filthy. They were not washed but were still put back in the cabinets and drawers. Yuk. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. That said, I might still give Staybridge another chance if I’m ever back in that area.

I am really disappointed with this 4 star hotel. I specifically requested for 4 stars and now the worth experience with Sheraton Hotel. They told us if we want to clean the room, we will have to request a cleaning service. After a busy morning we came back to hotel and wanted to get some rest. We saw the mattress cover sheet was out of bed. All the pillow cases were gone. Comforter was on the ground. Bathroom rag was gone. Someone definitely came in and did that. We didn’t request a cleaning service. We thought there might be some misunderstanding, so we took our kids to the pool and let the house keeper finished their works. After an hour, we came back to the room. It was the same as we left. Super confused and called front desk. Talked to someone and was on hold. The person had never picked the phone back up and no one gave us an answered. NEVER! Then, we asked for more pillows and it had never came. It was only two nights and seriously it feels like a 3 star hotel. I have always been impressed with the Sheraton Hotel. This trip is totally changed my experience to stay at Sheraton Hotel in the feature.

Only reason why I give it 5 stars is because the lady at the front desk who works Saturdays, gives nothing but 100% customer satisfaction. Me and my wife stay here about every weekend and she is always working whenever we check in. Keep up the good work, and thank you for being such a kind person. We need more people like you in this world. 😎😎

This Sheraton Chicago, Northbrook hotel is excellent, truly excellent. I came to Chicago for an appointment with the MindEye Institute, and the M.E. Institute recommended that I stay at this hotel. I am so glad I booked my nights at this hotel. It is clean, neat, and inviting, and the staff of the hotel were welcoming, courteous, and VERY helpful. Staying here was the relaxing break I needed during my travels.

I love this school. The teachers are all so nice. They have a lot of activities you can get involved in. There are also a lot of sports that you can play. The students are really kind. The education the school provides is incredible. This school is really good on the terms of education.

I just saw Aida tonight. Wow, what an incredible show! I’m not much of a fan of musicals but I loved this one. The big production numbers were wonderful to watch. Aurora has an incredible voice. Break a leg, girl.

Very clean and comfortable motel. Don’t expect anything fancy but for the price I paid it exceeded my expectations. All front desk people were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and a grocery store in the plaza next to it, so that was convenient. My only issue was noise from the highway. I managed to get a room on the opposite side of the building with significantly less noise and with earplugs in I had no problems sleeping. The A/C unit in the room was super loud too. Other than noise everything was great and I would stay there again because it’s a good deal.

Who knew that I could enjoy a Red Roof Inn so much. It’s obvious that the owners of this motel really care about the quality of their service. Everything from the 24/7 IT service to the freshly-renovated rooms to the way that the four pillows were arranged on my comfortable King-sized bed was just perfect.

My room was spotless. And it was skillfully located away from other guests, so my stay was also quiet. I also love that Red Roof always allows well-behaved pets totally *for free.*

This location was ideal. 30 minutes outside of Chicago (without traffic) and just 3 minutes to the nearest park (Somme Woods) which my dog loved to explore every morning. Plus, it’s just 8 minutes away from the Chicago Botanical Gardens, and mere minutes away from local recreational shops. I’m booking another stay at this Red Roof right now, seriously!

P.S. I’ve shopped around online and generally find the best price by booking on the Red Roof website and applying promo codes. Have fun!

The room was clean and the accommodations were adequate. The price was reasonable for the area as compared to other hotels. The staff were friendly and the. Overall experience was good. I was too tired to drive another mile and I am safe because I was able to eat well.

Avoid Friday nights. These are very busy nights and the staff, being understaffed, gets overwhelmed. Add to that a manager who is a non-existent presence and you can end up waiting half an hour to get a server as we did. The food is good and prices are fair. Just avoid Friday nights and, if there is a big party in the back room you will be much better off to leave and go elsewhere.

Thumbs way up for our late-afternoon experience today. Staffing constraints had dictated Francesca’s North could handle indoor dining only. But when we pleaded for outdoor (warm sun on FN’s sheltered tables, combined with our need to minimize Covid risks), Danny, the top manager, accommodated us without hesitation. We were grateful for his flexibility. Plus, we then enjoyed a delicious dinner, excellent mojito, and service from our valued friends, our waiter Myron and FN’s head bartender Pablo. They’re the best.

Have three kids in sports, we buy all of our equipment here. The store is stocked and usually has what we need. Friendly, knowledgeable service, we especially like working with Steve. It’s amazing how much he knows about each sport. He is always patient with our kids and is great with customer service to go out of his way to find equipment, calls when items come into the store we requested. I watched the manager ‘Rob’ throw my equipment into a bin with very little care for condition as I patiently waited for a quote. The young man behind the counter could not explain the written quote to me when I had a question. Needless to say they low balled us on value. Not even a fair wholesale trade-in value. If you are considering overpaying for used equipment and getting next to nothing for your trade-in, come here. I will donate the equipment at my local rink rather than this money grabbing business have it both ways. You lost a re-peat customer today.

I came into the store to purchase a computer. They told me that I need to schedule a time to meet with someone online. I only had a few questions regarding buying a computer, but they insisted that nobody can help me today and that the earliest was tomorrow. The host mentioned that I can purchase the computer online. So I did. however, because there was nobody to talk to regarding the computer, I accidentally purchased a computer with the wrong port primarily because there was no customer service in the store. 2 weeks later, I returned to the store with my new computer that was shipped to understand why I received a computer without the ports that I ordered. They explained that it was a miscommunication on my part in not understanding the various ports that are available. I didn’t realize that the 3 and 3.0 ports are not the same thing. I explained to them the entire situation about purchasing this computer and the frustrations that I encountered along the way. The manager just said that you can return the computer or purchase the $20 conversion cable. Honestly, that’s what frustrated me the most! Of course, I needed the computer. After spending $2,300, I would think that Apple would have the decency to offer a cable as a small gesture for being a loyal customer for over 20 years! This cavalier manager could’ve cared less. In the end she said, ” We treat everyone equally”. That’s correct, equally with No Respect. And definitely no compassion for their loyal customers! This manager has a lot to learn about customer service. This experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I don’t think that Apple really cares about their customers. Shame on you Apple!

I just had the most darling cutest girl Mary take care of me. She was so patient and it made my shopping experience so easy and pleasant. She was easy to talk to and listened to everything I needed. I was looking for a new foundation brush and new foundation and she helped get me some testers to try them out at home. Thank you

Our organization hosted a workshop at Techny Towers Conference and Retreat Center recently, and I was very impressed with the facility, the staff, the chef, and the location. The facility is beautiful, and we had more than ample space. Access to hot water and coffee was 24-7. Access to the chapel for meditation was a bonus. Technical support for presentations was excellent. And the chef managed to keep us all happy.

First time there and I would really love to go back. The reclining seats were amazing! Having your own tray table and the option to have food delivered right to your seat was awesome!! You could even order from the bar if you wanted to as well. I ordered the Mac and cheese bowl with bacon and chicken. It was pretty good, a little pricey but that’s to be expected. That and an Icee was $24 🤦 so be prepared if you plan on getting food or snacks. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience!

This has been my go to place since lockdown. Service here is great and the popcorn always seems to be fresh. I love that they offer reclining seats in all of their theaters as well. Staff seems a bit short at times but they still make it work for their guests. I’ve watched several films here already and even had the chance to watch the WWE pay-per-view a while back! How cool is that?

Only minor complaint I have is the lack of cleanliness sometimes. Nothing major but it does catch my attention.

Negative stars for the Northbrook Walgreens at 1050 Waukegan Rd. Completely unprofessional and rude. Scheduled a rapid covid test without antigen for today and when we arrived, the pharmacy technician at the drive-thru didn’t even know what type of rapid test that they give. It seems that she wasn’t aware that they have one normal rapid test and then they have a rapid test with antigen. She spoke to her coworkers who I suppose informed her that they were two different rapid tests, however, she was not apologetic for her ignorance at all. I did mess up in following her directions and I touched the box that the swab was in and I apologized for that. However I was completely disappointed with this experience, there was also the fact that I never saw her wash her hands nor did she put gloves on when she first touched the swab I believe she only put her gloves on because we were watching her. This was my first time at this Walgreens, it makes me value the Walgreens that I use in Highwood and Highland Park to the fullest. I truly hope to never have to return here again, I only went because they offer the rapid test.

The perfect place if you are looking for a Jewish Deli. You can’t go wrong with soup and a sandwich. Everything else is good too. It is nice to be able to get breakfast all day long too. Today two of us got breakfast and one sandwich. The corned beef hash was very good. The lox hoppel popped was enjoyable and every bit of it was eaten. Stop in when you need a taste of home and some great matzo balls. Enjoy the pictures of the hash and lox

Here for the Matzo (Matzah) Ball soup! Happy that two excellent sizes of Matzo Balls came with a regular-sized order of hearty chicken broth soup. You can tell by the texture and taste that the Matzo Balls are freshly made. The Fried Matzo looked like a good option as well. Service is friendly, speedy, excellent. You can tell a majority of the customers are regulars and have built a friendship amongst the staff. A lot of sweet baked goods I will pick up next visit.

I’m very glad I finally got around to dining here. Max and Benny’s did not disappoint. Very highly acclaimed Jewish Delicatessen and restaurant.

The photo is of the Noshers Delight which was excellent. One of Corned Beef and the other Pastrami served on potato pancakes. The Corned Beef was good but I thought the Pastrami was better. The Mushroom Barley soup was very tasty as well.

Love this mall! If you like to have a relaxed shopping experience, this is the place to be. I agree that from business standpoint this may not be the case. Love the California Pizza kitchen, GAP, H&M, Apple store, Lego store and most of all the play area in the middle for the kiddos!! It is well maintained. I hope business gets better and more stores and a food court opens up!!

Still an elegant shopping mall facility, but far too many empty storefronts. They have tried to improve the atmosphere by using empty store windows as advertising displays for other still-present businesses.
I still yearn for the days when an active, vital food court was located on the upper level. ONE Italian bistro located there now, with a handful of other food vendors sprinkled throughout the mall.
If the residential development is ever built on the west end of the property, perhaps it will spur a rebirth of the bustling commercial nexus which used to be Northbrook Court Mall.

The shopping mall is not bad. They have several free EV charging stations. It does close early now, but overall and interesting place with many good shops and restaurants. The movie theater is also good. I would definetly recommend you stop by and check them out if you’re in the area.

Pinstripes has excellent service! They go above & beyond when it comes to customer service. Tony the manager made sure we were well taken care of and accommodated our request. We came in unexpectedly as a walk in with no reservation he made sure we got seated as soon as possible. Food and drinks were great! Definitely check out their happy hour! We will be stopping in again! Thanks Pinstripes!

The only improvement I see for meetings would be to sound proof at least one room for private meetings as you can hear the hustle and bustle of all the excitement and fun at certain times during the meeting. Had a great time overall. Food was amazing, id give it a 9.5. Service was amazing. Ryan (our server) was great and very friendly. Quite frankly restaurant’s need more servers like him. The atmosphere was nice even though there were older individuals. Definitely recommend!
