INDIGO AG

BRAND RELAUNCH

A Brand Unveiling Rooted in Innovation

For Indigo Ag’s national brand relaunch at the Chicago Board of Trade Building, the challenge was clear: create an experience that reflected the company’s deep agricultural roots while positioning it as a future-forward thought leader in sustainable farming. The solution? A powerful blend of storytelling, scenic design, and full-scale production inside the historic halls of the Chicago Board of Trade.

Partnering with HangarFour Creative, BlackOak Technical Productions led all technical execution, from stage and video design to livestreaming and show calling, delivering a broadcast-quality event for in-person and remote audiences alike – a 360-degree national brand relaunch.

The visual centerpiece of the program was a custom-built stage backed by an 8′ x 12′ LED video wall surrounded by four 4’ x 4’ LED tiles, each dimensionally framed in raw wood pallet to reflect Indigo’s “farm-to-future” ethos. Designed as an abstract sunrise, the intelligent lighting system bathed the room in warm amber hues while supporting seamless transitions between keynote moments, panel discussions, and media playback.

Behind the scenes, BlackOak deployed a full team of engineers, show callers, and camera operators to maintain pacing, capture the right angles, and ensure the livestream ran without a hitch. Virtual technicians, media server ops, and stage managers coordinated flawlessly with the in-room crew to manage lighting, transitions, and graphics with a TV-level polish

Audio was delivered via a flown line-array system for crisp intelligibility, with seven wireless mic channels ensuring speakers moved freely without disruption.

Guests moved from content to conversation seamlessly, guided by a lighting environment that shifted from energizing focus to relaxed sophistication. The post-session reception featured curated lounge vignettes with soft seating, uplighting, and bar texture washes, all layered with the same warm hues seen during the program.

Even buffet stations received tailored lighting, ensuring hospitality moments felt as intentional as keynote remarks.

Indigo’s “Dawn of a New Harvest” was more than a conference, it was a brand moment brought to life with cinematic care and technical grace. By combining immersive AV, sustainable design cues, and hybrid audience engagement, BlackOak helped turn a message into a movement.
