The venue, an uncovered Amazon Logistics terminal, demanded weather-resilient AV, precise show control, and rigorous safety choreography. BlackOak Technical Productions delivered an end-to-end technical plan balancing spectacle and safety. We specified outdoor-rated systems, reinforced structures, and hardened signal paths; built a hybrid show-control flow to cue vehicle motion; and programmed lighting as a stoplight-style safety language that doubled as theatrical design. A dedicated content timeline and hardware stack ensured seamless video playback across the 90’ LED wall. Hour-by-hour load-in and rehearsal schedules integrated driver walk-throughs with show callers to guarantee clean, confident movement on cue.
The result was an effortlessly smooth experience for guests, media, and VIPs as well as high-impact visuals on screen, clear sightlines, and safe, on-time vehicle choreography.
