Applicants should be aware that recruiting scams exist and should take steps to avoid them. Our company recruiting process requires job applicants to apply directly through our corporate website or to apply in person at our facility. If applying through our website, applicants will be routed to our application portal and can securely complete an online application and/or upload a cover letter, resume, references, design portfolio, etc. If the company is interested in a candidate, a Talent Acquisition Representative will contact the candidate either via phone or via legitimate company email. The company will never contact or route a candidate through a third-party website or platform, nor does the company conduct interviews on external internet and/or social media platforms or via text or email. Occasionally, an applicant will be contacted directly by Human Resources and be asked to submit a portfolio or provide a link to a portfolio for consideration. Offers of employments are discussed directly with our team and the candidate. Our Talent Acquisition Team will never ask a candidate for payment of any kind as part of the hiring or onboarding process, nor will our team request personal, sensitive and/or confidential information including, but not limited to social security numbers, bank account numbers and credit card numbers, whether the request is via phone or email. Candidates should never provide personal, sensitive or confidential information over the phone or via email. Should a candidate be involved in a recruiting scam by a fake recruiter, the company recommends that the individual contact his or her state’s attorney general’s office to report the scam, and also, report the scam to the business or recruiting website or social media platform that might have been involved.
